Upon entering school, she participated in every musical offering including chorus and band.
Later, Jessica dedicated her teenage years to singing jazz, classical, and musical theatre while attending The Greater Hartford Academy for the Arts high school. Planning to continue her education in music, Jessica auditioned for the NYU Opera Program, hoping to gain a spot in the prestigious program. However, her audition ended up being a flop that shook her confidence. Crushed by the failure, Jessica decided to let go of music and pursue other opportunities.
It was many years of "running" away from music before Jessica finally decided to return. In 2017, after a significant breakup, she realized she couldn’t continue to ignore her true calling and began taking voice lessons. Eventually joining a cover band before moving across the country to California.

Soon she stopped drinking alcohol and began exploring her artist self. During COVID, Jessica taught herself piano and begin writing her own music. During this time she completed 20+ songs and with the help of her producer, she was able to fully manifest those songs in several singles and a full album.
